Ferienunterkünfte mit Frühstück in Assisi

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Appartamento grande con camere e bagno molto spaziosi. La vista dalle camere è bellissima. L’appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato e in 5 minuti si riesce ad essere in centro. Tutto perfetto! Lo riconsidererò nel prossimo viaggio a Perugia!

Eda is a terrific hostess. The house ( she lives on the bottom floor and the floor above is for the guests) is very cool. As you can see from the photos the decoration is eccentric. Don’t be afraid, it all works and gives a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The garden directly outside the front door is magnificent and just the right size to make a perfect oasis. If there is something you require that is not there eda will make it appear. Just ask. The garden at the lower level is outside Eda’s living quarters. It is less private but she is happy to have guests use it as well. Location is just right for visiting the area.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, in zwei Minuten erreicht man bereits den Corso Vannucci. Vom Bahnhof aus kommt man gut und schnell mit der Mini-Metro ins Zentrum der Stadt und somit auch zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt und ist mit allem was es braucht, ausgestattet. Sie ist auf zwei Stockwerken, somit hat es genug Platz. Unser Aufenthalt was super, Noemi hat uns bei Fragen immer gleich geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Assisi is, in my opinion, the most beautiful place on earth - and this Airbnb is certainly the absolute best to experience that beauty! This was my third time visiting Assisi, for 19 whole days in this ocassion, and this Airbnb and its strategic location made it so that those 19 days were nothing short of perfect. It is on the topmost section of the city, a couple of blocks from the parking lot and bus stops of Piazza Matteotti (so worry not about long walks with your luggage from and to the train station), and within short and easy distance from all the important landmarks in the city - including Rocca Maggiore which I visited every morning to take in the view. If your going alone or as a couple, stop right here and rent this Airbnb NOW!! Perfect size and perfect furnishing, I never had a single issue with none of the appliances. Finally I of course have to give a huge huge thanks to Deborah and Pasquale for their great kindness and generosity and attention.

L’appartamento è ampio, in una zona tranquilla e vicina ad Assisi. Il giardino aiuta a rilassarsi e fare due passi. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. I nostri due cuccioli hanno apprezzato il giardino e lo spazio a disposizione in casa. Gli host sono super disponibili e amichevoli. Consigliato se volete visitare Assisi e i dintorni ma stare anche in tranquillità

Andrea’s home in Gualdo Cattaneo is very well located to do day trips to the many sightseeing places in Umbria and even Tuscany. The house, separated by a fence, is located in the family farm. You can hear the donkey, goats and chickens 😀. It has a balcony on the back of the house with a beautiful view of the olive fields and vineyards surrounding the property. We were very lucky to be there when the family was harvesting the grapes to make their wine and Andrea shared some of the grape juice with us! We stayed 6 nights and didn’t run out of things to do. Supermarkets are a short drive away. We cooked breakfast and dinner at his home, after a long day of sightseeing. It’s a large home that can accommodate a family.

Great place. Close to a market and all the restaurants and churches. We will stay here again. Check out the Nun Spa too. Assisi is an amazing fun little town.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

Place was great and clean. Located in the middle of the Shrines of St. Francis and St. Clare. Beautiful view outside. Has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Host was friendly, accomodating and responds in a timely manner.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La casa è accogliente e curata, situata in una posizione comoda per visitare Foligno e i dintorni. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Fabbrizio, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Un punto in più va sicuramente al suo cane, simpaticissimo e affettuoso, che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Tutto è andato benissimo: pulizia, comfort e tranquillità. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Stefania è una host meravigliosa. Ci ha coccolato con dolci ottimi e una calorosa accoglienza, facendoci sentire a casa. Il soggiorno in questo splendido B&By immerso nelle campagne umbrie è stato decisamente rigenerante.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Al giardino degli angeli abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno. L'hotel si trova vicinissimo all'uscita della superstrada e a 5 minuti da Assisi e cosa non trascurabile è dotato di un parcheggio gratuito adiacente alla struttura. All'accoglienza Alessia ci ha fornito consigli utili per trovare buoni ristoranti e sui posti da visitare; l'impegno a farci sentire a casa era evidente. Le camere corrispondono all'annuncio, anzi sono anche meglio, hanno letti comodi e si affacciano su un giardino curato nei minimi particolari. Infine, non si può non menzionare la colazione per la sua varietà e abbondanza! Hotel assolutamente consigliato!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s palazzo, beautiful host and beautiful historical house. We had assistance from Valentina’s husband to park our car in the front of the house and with the luggage. Very hospitable hosts, it was a pleasure talking with them, and Valentina prepared a beautiful breakfast table and shared many stories with us. It felt like being with family. Tobi the dog was adorable. We highly recommend their B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.

La casa di campagna è il posto ideale per rilassarsi in famiglia e vivere un esperienza unica in un’ ambiente lontano da stress e immerso nella natura, Mara e tutto lo staff sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili, appena possibile torneremo
