PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The Heron Hangout is a newly renovated home with an astonishing view of the Willapa Bay. The 2466 sq. ft. house sits on 4 plus acres, secluded from neighbors for a peaceful getaway. Please note that due to changes in the Airbnb pricing structure it may appear that our prices went up. They did not but now the price listed includes all fees. This delightful home sits in a quiet neighborhood on a ½ acre lot, overlooking Sunset (Neacoxie) Lake. We are equal distance between Seaside and Astoria. You can take a 10 minute walk down the road directly to the beach. Or, it's a 1/3 mile drive right onto the sand. Excellent for a family or two couples.

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

Bright, eco-built, near the port!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (six of bikes to use, and beach toys in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs has bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
