all perfect. From the warm welcome and the check-in procedures to the cleaning and organization of the house. The beautiful view of the terrace where you can relax both day and night. Wi fii perfectly working. There are no words for the kind helpfulness of the hosts. I will definitely return.

Una casa bellissima con una vista fantastica a pochi minuti da una spiaggia incontaminata. L’accoglienza è meravigliosa, la disponibilità dell’Host è totale. La più bella esperienza in Grecia che noi si sia mai fatta. Grazie!

Appartement très confortable dans un coin paisible de l’île. La terrasse offre une vue surplombante sur la mer. La plage est à quelques mètres. Un cadre idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Daniela nous a merveilleusement accueilli.

Asilia è stata una dimora meravigliosa e super confortevole: appena ristrutturata, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente rispondente a foto e descrizione. Asimina e la sua famiglia (che abbiamo scoperto casualmente possiedono un ottimo ristorante vicino al porto), è sempre stata molto disponibile e gentilissima, fornendoci risposte chiare, precise e sempre cordiali. Fruire di questa abitazione è stato un plus della vacanza, tornarvi ogni sera dopo una giornata di sole, mare e vento, è sempre stato molto piacevole e confortevole.

This was easily one of my top airbnbs I’ve ever stayed!! Άγγελος is so welcoming, and made us feel like local Astypaleans immediately. He gave us so many tips on what to do around town, held our bags at his place until our afternoon ferry arrived (he lives downstairs with his adorable puppy μέλι “Méli”), and even left us fruits and water upon arrival. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and you can easily fit 5 people (if you’re comfortable in an open concept). The airbnb is exactly as listed, but there are also fun little nick nacks and books, so it genuinely feels like you’re staying in your family friends flat. Upon arriving, I noticed there wasn’t a house number on the address - just click the “open in maps” via airbnb, it will give you the geographical coordinates. Immediately after stepping off our arrival ferry, Άγγελος was waiting for us at the nearby cafe terrace & warmly called my name, like we were reunited long lost friends!

A lovely stay on the wonderful island of Astypalaia. Lovely place in the heart of the port area with a view of the castle on the top of the hill. Some provisions left for us was a nice touch and airport shuttle included which was a great help. Great to explore the island from here. We hired a quad bike from Vergoulis....just a short walk away. Kamanakia was our favourite beach.....a tough drive but well worth it!!

I could not recommend this air bnb enough!!! So clean and an amazing location. Dimitra is honestly the best host I’ve ever had on air bnb, she responded to my messages super quickly and was always helpful- she even stayed up until 4 am to meet us from the ferry! If you’re looking for somewhere friendly and comfortable to stay in astypalaia, make it this air bnb !

Wonderful house with breathtaking view of the sea. The real treat of Peggy's House is that down a stone path through Peggy's lovely garden is a beautiful beach with trees for shade and great swimming. Most days its yours (& Peggy's). The house is well stocked with pots, plates, etc. Peggy even left some homemade strawberry jam in the refrigerator and the market is a five minute walk away. We may have been the first visitors of the season so the house needed a day of airing out the rooms. All in all Peggy was helpful and welcoming - a consummate host! Astypalaia is a arid island of rocky beaches, roaming goats, and lots of bees (tasty thyme honey abounds). Its worth renting a car to visit the more remote beaches. Great dining in Livadi and Astapalea, the latter has some great bars too. Folks are very friendly. Its an island that is both rustic and in many ways quite cosmopolitan. Much to love and do here. Would happily return to Astypalaia and would stay again at Peggy's lovely home.
