Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan door problemen met het vliegtuig. Giannis had al verteld dat het laatste stukje even een klimmetje was maar zelfs in het donker ging alles prima. De eerste dagen was er veel wind en dat zette de shutters van de ramen in beweging maar als de wind gaat liggen is het heerlijk stil. We hebben elke dag heerlijk uitgeslapen en vanuit Neo Kosmos de rest van Athene ontdekt en op veel plekken gegeten die Giannis had aangeraden. Dit was onze eerste keer Athene maar wat een leuke stad! We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn niet veel thuis geweest maar hebben wel elke ochtend en ‘s avonds laat van het prachtige uitzicht genoten. Dit is geen luxe verblijf en zo wordt het ook niet geadverteerd door Giannis. Top!

Wspaniałe miejsce. Domek bardzo wygodny i w ładnej okolicy. Dobre miejsce do zatrzymania się z dziećmi.

Super séjour. La vue est magnifique. Le nécessaire présent dans la cuisine (huile, moutarde sel poivre etc.....) est un vrai plus lorsque l'on vient de loin. Mes enfants ont adorés jouer dans le jardin. Merci pour tout

We had just flown in from one of the islands that very same day and stayed the night here before taking an early morning flight back home the next day. Nancy was very kind to offer to pick us up and drop us back at the airport the next morning for only a fraction of what the uber/taxi cost would've been. She even offered to help us order food delivery from local restaurants after knowing we were arriving late into the evening. 10/10 host!! The airbnb was super spacious, and very clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again, and would recommend to friends and family!

Tonia est très réactive et accueillante, son studio est très propre dans un quartier que nous aimons. Nous reviendrons. C est agréable d être accueillis par quelqu’un qui se déplace à l heure de notre arrivée.

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la zona era tranquilla, anche passeggiare la sera era molto bello. L’appartamento è pulito e tranquillo ed i vicini silenziosi, se dovessi tornare ad Atene ci tornerei! C’è un po’ di strada verso la metro peró è facilmente percorribile dato che piena di negozi e pianeggiante. Consiglio!

Der Eingang der Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstrassse, aber das Appartement hat helle Zimmer auf der Rückseite und besitzt einen großen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Das Stadtviertel hat ein lebhaftes Flair mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Die Konditorei Artistan ist super. Den Gastgeber kann man sehr empfehlen.

Logement très spacieux et propre. Nous recommandons fortement d'y séjourner d'autant qu'il y a une place de parking. Un excellent séjour. Merci John.

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Aussichtsterrasse. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. Panos was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment is very spacious, peacefull and comfortable. The large veranda was a great outside space to relax on .There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby and the local area was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again if visiting Athens.

A lovely, cozy apartment with just enough space and a beautiful terrace in a charming and quiet neighborhood. This was a great spot to relax and rest whilst exploring Athens! There are cafes and bakeries and good restaurants nearby and off the path of the tourist areas. Ekaterina is a wonderful host!
