Renovated and cozy flat in central Avoriaz. The apartment has an stunning view over the mountains & Morzine. The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large living room with a fully functional kitchen (hotplates, an oven/microwave, a Nespresso machine, a boiler, a fondue and raclette machines), a large TV with international channels and many board games available for adults and children. A washing machine and a dryer are also available. Charges include bed sheets, towels and cleaning.

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Dieses kleine unabhängige und bequeme Chalet is ideal um sich in den Bergen zu erholen, alleine oder zu zweit. Der Balkon gibt eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Walliser und Berner Alpen und das Rhônetal. Ideal fur Naturfreunde, oder ganz einfach zum Durchatmen. Dieser Ort ist der Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen auf den "Hausberg Arpille", zu Fuss, VTT, mit Schneeschuhen oder Skirando im Winter. Die Skipisten und Thermalbäder sind in ca 30 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar.

Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.
