Die 65 m² große Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören WLAN (videokonferenztauglich), Klimaanlage, Satelliten-TV und Waschmaschine.

The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

Gli autori della Casa Mediterranea - i proprietari felici, con amore per la natura. Abbiamo usato nella ristrutturazione solo i materiali anallergici - pietre, legno, calce ecc.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
