New and comfortable apartment on the Gulf of Poets

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

Villa Maralunga è un'esclusiva villa indipendente situata proprio sopra una delle più prestigiose calette del Golfo dei Poeti. Circondata da cancelli privati, Villa Maralunga offre completa privacy e una vista favolosa per godere di totale relax, magari durante un aperitivo sulla terrazza o a bordo della piccola piscina. Gli ospiti avranno accesso alla piscina non riscaldata dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre ( date indicative perché condizionate dalla situazione meteo della stagione in corso)

La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.
