The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

U mě si to zamilujete, protože kľud, ticho a pohoda. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry, sóloví cestovatelé, rodiny (s dětmi) a domácí mazlíčci (zvířata). Asi 10min pešo je obchod s potravinami,hostinec a multifunkč,ihrisko V pláne apartmánu sa jedná o podfarbenú časť " apartmán B "

Zabudnite na svoje starosti v tomto pokojnom byte na prvom poschodí s balkónom v blízkosti centra (len 10 min. chôdze, 5min. veľký park a rieka) potraviny, kostol, reštaurácia, autobus za rohom. 2 x WC, satelit. programy, WIFI. Záhrada a vstupná cesta s hlavnou bránou v spoločnom používaní so mnou a mojou manželkou (máme iný súkromný vchod do vedľajšieho objektu). The apartment is just 15 minutes walking to the city center along the river and beautiful green area with horses and parks. Behind the horse area you will find the river Váh(good for swimming). The famous spa island is also within walking distance. This sunny apartment is with balcony and is located on the first floor of a new residential area. Safe and free street parking in front of the building. Nice and quiet place with everything you need to feel comfortable!

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
