Home was just what we needed for our family group. We loved the spacious house and yard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. We will stay again if we’re traveling that way!

Beautiful home. Beds were comfortable. TV in front living space had no sound but we figured it out.

Bricey and Brad were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our group thoroughly enjoy the outdoor fire table. We spent most of our time around the table. The putting green was an added feature that we enjoyed. The outdoor setting of the large stream flowing through the back yard made their place very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious. Excellent rental property close to Athens.

Just a heads up: while it’s listed as a two-bedroom, you do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, which could be a little awkward depending on your group. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!”

We loved the Millhouse! Tranquil music was playing when we walked in the door which really set the mood. It was beautifully renovated and decorated. Very walkable to the local coffee shop & restaurant. Did some shopping downtown and LOVED hanging out at the Revival Taproom. The host Jessie was extremely friendly and hospitable. I plan to stay here anytime I make a trip back to the area to visit family.

Carmen’s home is beautiful, organized, and is extremely clean. She provides clear instructions for checking in and out, and is very responsive. Her house feels more like a home and is cozy and accommodating. Carmen was very gracious to us during our entire stay. We are very grateful for her hospitality and will be back soon. This has been one our best experiences at an AirBnB. Thank you for providing a pleasant experience for me and my friends.

Absolutely amazing stay! We spent 7 days at this modern, spotless Airbnb and loved every minute. From the moment we walked in, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. Each room had sleek TVs with all the streaming services, and the bedrooms had full, beautifully designed bathrooms with plush towels and blackout curtains—perfect for sleeping in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, and the inspirational quotes throughout added a positive vibe. Our favorite spot was the peaceful deck overlooking the woods—ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, stylish retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

Quiet and clean.

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding and it was a great experience. Super clean and very organized. Jaime and Neil were great hosts!

Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to stay in Athens! It’s a short walk to the downtown area and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Jason was responsive and made our stay amazing!

It really was a nice place to stay for 2.5 days. I was here with my daughter as she was chosen to be part of the GMEA All-State full orchestra. Definitely would recommend Wendy’s unit if you need to stay in Athens for a day or two. Very responsive and engaged host, she’ll make sure you are set for whatever you need.

Yaneth cozy basement apartment was everything. Very clean, cozy and peaceful. Beautiful patio and deck on the outside to relax and take in the nature. Awesome neighborhood super quiet. Yaneth is very responsive and will answer all your questions. So if you are traveling to Atlanta/Suwanee area book this place to stay you will not regret it! Yaneth place will definitely be my go to when I'm in Atlanta. Yaneth thanks again for your hospitality.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Sandy was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was just what we needed - 2 beds and 2 baths. Clean and comfortable. The price was less than a single hotel room! We consider staying here again. Thanks!

This apartment has a spacious living room, is very comfortable, clean and bright and is right on the edge of North Campus, with the living room windows look out at campus across Broad St. The convenience to campus and downtown Athens are unbeatable. The parking garage Alicia recommends has an exit on Clayton St, so if you park near that exit, you're just a block from the apartment.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Great place to share with a small group, close to downtown.
