This is a one bedroom self contained studio flat with own ground floor private entrance. The room has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk with chair, tv, wifi, fully functioning kitchen; with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, 2 ring stove, sink unit, utensils, crockery and pots. It is a 8-10 mins walk to Derby Royal Hospital. City center is a 30 min walk, or 6 mins in the car. Shops and takeaways are within walking distance. The flat is attached to a detached house on a quiet road.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Welcome to The Gypsy. The Gypsy is set in the grounds of a fantastic Victorian house overlooking the beautiful garden with access via a locked gate. A uniquely styled caravan offering a memorable experience to those who stay in her. The Gypsy has a good heater and hot water so is still great for winter months (she was set up in Austria to do a season of snowboarding at -10 degree and was still super cosy)

The Old Dairy

We are nestled in the garden of Poplars Farm House located in Stanton-by-Bridge in the Trent River valley. The accommodation is built on the site of the old dairy and other homes around us are also former farmyard buildings. The apartment is self-contained in a quiet, cosy location.
