Geräumiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnküche, großer Terrasse, Balkon und 1 Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer: Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Bettwäsche inklusive Küche: Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine. Bad: Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine, WC. Handtücher inklusive. Bereich: 220m vom nächsten Strand 400m zum Supermarkt (Konzum) 500 m vom Stadtzentrum, Restaurants usw. 64 km nach Plitvice Nationalpark 41 km zum Nationalpark Velebit Über dem Haus: Das Haus wurde vor 70 Jahren von unserem Großvater/Vater gebaut. Es war eines der ersten Häuser in dieser Gegend von Senj, es gab keine Straßen oder Straßenlaternen. Heutzutage hat sich alles verändert, es gibt viele Häuser, Straßen, Straßenlaternen und es ist ein sehr beliebtes Viertel zum Leben. Unsere Großeltern wohnen nicht mehr im Haus. Unsere 103-jährige Oma lebt noch, sie kann hier einfach nicht mehr alleine leben. Wir wollten das schöne Einfamilienhaus behalten und haben das Haus renoviert und in 2 Wohnungen umgebaut.

Wenn Sie eine holliday in einem Haus mit langer Geschichte, die im 16. Jahrhundert gebaut wurde zu verbringen, das ist etwas für Sie. Studio-Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist im alten Stil dekoriert, mit einem angenehmen altmodischen Details. Um Ihren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen, Studio verfügt über Klimaanlage, Doppelbett, Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Geschirr, die Sie brauchen. Wenn wir dieses alte Haus renoviert mit dicken Steinmauern, hatten wir einige strukturelle Begrenzungen so dass unsere Badezimmer (mit Dusche) ist nicht sehr groß aber ist nützlich und niedlich.

Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation. The place is also on 1 MINUTE walking distance from beach and sea, literally. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we also provide our guests with free WiFi and parking spot. It is most suitable for a family.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
