Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Apartment mitten in der Natur. Das Apartment ist 35 qm groß und bietet einen Wohnraum mit EBK, Essplatz und bequemer Schlafcouch sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer. Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Kapazität 2+2, Größe 42 m2, mit einem großen eingezäunten Garten mit Kamin und einen beheiztes Schwimmbad (Mai-Oktober). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.
