Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης.
