Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι διακοσμημένα και επιπλωμένα με παραδοσιακά ξύλινα έπιπλα, σε νησιώτικο στυλ.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden. The apartment accommodates 4 people.

Επίσης κάθε 4 μέρες γίνεται αλλαγή στα κλινοσκεπάσματα!

Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
