If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron beach and it’s famous sunsets, then this is definitely the cottage for you. If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

This is the perfect cottage for family reunions or group gatherings, with all amenities a short walk away. Cabin partially OFF GRID in winter months (Nov 1-May 7) No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse *Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with nordic spa *Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road *Wood stove remains off-limits during the summer season (June-September). Wood & kindling provided for fall/winter use *No firewood provided for firepit/guests to pick up

A cozy cottage near the beach and downtown Bayfield. A hop, skip, and a jump and you'll find yourself walking down the Glass st. beach entrance. A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard, but I don't mind sharing! Neither do my 2 pups, Theos and Selwyn!

The property includes parking for two vehicles and a fire pit in the yard-perfect for gathering under the stars and enjoying quiet evening campfires. The cottage comfortably sleeps guests in a private bedroom or an open loft each with a queen bed.
