At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Cafe, take-aways & Co-op are all a short walk from the property. The Country Park is less than a mile. Within easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a newly converted , self contained barn. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge.
