Cet appartement est au pied du métro Ménilmontant, un quartier en pleine mutation avec de nombreux commerces de proximités, tout proche du quartier Jean-pierre Timbaud, d’Oberkampf, Belleville et Père Lachaise.

Bright and welcoming, this place is a 3-minute walk from very cool and pleasant cafés, wine bars and restaurants, as well as bookshops, florists, interior design shops and galleries.
