A characterful home with exposed wall built from stones of the River Aude. Two minutes walk to a host of local shops/bars/restaurants and twice weekly market. Night market in summer. Swimming, walking, cycling, kayaking all on the doorstep.

Erlebt bei uns eine ungewöhnliche Auszeit, egal ob Ihr alleine, als Paar, als Familie oder mit Freunden unterwegs seid. Erfrischt Euch mit traumhaftem Bergblick in unserem Pool und genießt von dort den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Ihr könnt die Häuser einzeln buchen oder als Gruppe auch bis zu alle vier. Two different houses interconnected - in the beautiful village of Saint-Jean-de-Paracol : our designer new built top chalet and the apartment come complete with a secluded patio and large terrasse overlooking the village. Ideal for family getaways or small reunions ... for folks who love walking, hiking, cycling, exploring, cooking (our kitchen is great for foodies!) and just chilling - the perfect base to explore this fascinating region of the south of France, the heart of Cathar country.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Auf 1400 Metern Höhe und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, blumigen Garten und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal, den Canigou und den Massiven der Carança. Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.

Charming recently renovated cottage set in the heart of a 70-hectare organic vineyard estate, in the Pays Cathare, close to Carcassonne and its many castles. It offers stunning views over amphitheatre-shaped vineyards and the surrounding countryside, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Located next to the Belgian owners’ farmhouse, it remains entirely private, surrounded by nature. During your stay, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

The studio has a bed-sitting room with comfortable double sofa-bed, folding table and chairs, Wi-Fi and TV (with Netflix), and an adjoining bathroom with shower, basin and w.c. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, and plenty of cupboards. Sliding glass doors open onto your private terrace, with table and chairs for eating outdoors, and sun-deck to relax on.
