Fabulous apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The ideal retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Some fab breakfast places nearby and on the way to the main attractions and some great restaurants also for when you return back to the apartment.

Nice area of central Berlin, a modern, secure, gated residence complex, serviced by lifts. A short stroll to subway and tram station as well as a range of restaurants cafes and supermarket, not too far from Check Point Charlie and other "must see" locations. In short: the ideal location. But that alone doesn't make it special or "stand out." Valerie takes a different view from the usual "full apartments" that are offered by many enterprises but end up little more than a sterile, soul less commercial venture. The moment you turn the key and step inside you realise this is someones home - has a warm, welcoming vibe from the very first few seconds. Yes, it's tastefully furnished and decorated but it still manages to capture that homely, welcome feel. It has a life, a character - one could imagine Valerie there. Valerie is an excellent communicator, provides several info guides and is happy to answer questions re the locale.

Tolles Appartement, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet,zentral gelegen in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Spittelmarkt. Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Bäcker Schäfers auf der Ecke für Frühstück und Kaffee und das vietnamesische Restaurant Hot Bowl 76. Jürgen war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. sehr empfehlenswert!

Great location and a clean house. Check-in was smooth and accurate, no hassle at all. One unique feature is the large front window. When you open the curtains fully, it feels like you’re running your own little café or restaurant, connecting directly with the street. Location is also perfect i must say. So ultimately, i would like to stay here again.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa a Berlino. L’appartamento era estremamente pulito e ben organizzato, con spazi suddivisi in modo funzionale che ci hanno permesso di stare comodamente in sei persone. La cucina era attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, il che ci ha permesso di cucinare senza problemi. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, che ci hanno consentito di raggiungere facilmente ogni angolo della città. L’esperienza è stata ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Consigliatissima!

Toppen lägenheten. Stor och massor av plats. Ligger i ett område som är lugnt men nära till staden. Sören är en bra värd.
