Our stay at the charming bed and breakfast was a delight! From the warm welcome to the friendly atmosphere, we felt right at home. The hot tub was a highlight, where we soaked while enjoying stunning nature views and even spotted deer nearby. Mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings watching the sunset were pure bliss. Our hosts were accommodating, offering great local recommendations while respecting our privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape, this bed and breakfast is a hidden gem. We left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return!

Thank you Jenna for a lovely stay! Nothing was too much to ask and Jenna was super helpful and friendly. We visited as a little get away for my partners birthday and Jenna helped to decorate the living area with a banner and balloons! Was nice little surprise. Thank you again - we felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Wonderful spotless cottage in beautiful scenic surroundings. Idyllic for a couples retreat - hot tub, countryside walks and local pubs selling amazing food. Difficult to leave! Highly recommend. Sarah was the perfect host :)

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

My husband, my three boys and my mom stayed at this fabulous cottage over the long Easter weekend and we had an absolute blast! We took up so many of David’s recommendations from dinner and spa at the gorgeous Pig hotel to taking the boys to catch trout at the farm in Bibury. Thankfully the kitchen was very well stocked for the giant trout dinner we then prepared! We really enjoyed dinner at the village pub which was a short walk from the house and every evening we retired to the hot tub to unwind from a busy day. My boys were thrilled with the toys and games and especially the football nets in the garden. They had a lovely attentive audience of cows as well :-). We also visited cirencester and the massive garden center in Burford. The beds were very comfortable and bedding felt high quality as well which is not always the case with airbnbs. There were so many thoughtful details from the welcome bottle of bubbles to little notes as to how to care for the plants. Will be back!

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

The cottage was a great base for our bank holiday walking weekend. It was all just as described, easy to park, get in and a bonus that Danielle offered to let us in early on arrival day. The garden is completely enclosed and safe for the dog too which is very important for us. A great stay!

Clean and tidy place and looked exactly as described. Ideal location for us to stay. Despite being on a working farm we found it very quiet and peaceful. Clear instructions for entry and Caroline was very responsive

We've had a wonderful stay at the Old Forge. The cottage is very cosy and homely with enough space to spread out. The cottage is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub in, and a great spot to start a good country walk. Our doggies also loved being at the cottage!

What an amazing Cottage there was everything you could wish for. Spotless clean lovely decorated and very comfortable the bedding and beds were amazing really comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. A massive plus for us was parking and the outside enclosed for the dogs they were perfectly safe . A nice outside sitting area. Location was perfect with a shop close by and in walking distance to Stratford Town we also drove approximately 30 minutes to the Cotswolds which was beautiful. 100 percent I would recommend and would return we didn’t want to come home. It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Deer View cottage is was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a traditional cottage, so the stairs are steep & takes some getting used too, however do not let this put you off. There is a secure garden for the dogs, however a public walkway right across the road through a wooded area & fields which lead to the village green & cafe! Perfect for a morning coffee. The cottage was extremely clean with everything in place ie towels, hand soap, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls (including spares). Bathroom & separate shower was perfect when sharing with family or couples. Definitely recommend Deer View cottage, it catered for all our needs including our dogs & the surprise views in the back garden was totally unexpected! Hosts were perfect!

Really gorgeous home for a short break, lovely decor and all essentials you need. The fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. Would definitely recommend and visit again x

This cottage was absolutely lovely. It was very clean and tidy and very comfortable and homely. The bathrooms were wonderfully clean. The surrounding area is outstandingly beautiful with many lovely walks nearby. Very peaceful.

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

It’s a very nice property. Lots of land around it. Our children loved it. Perfectly positioned to visit all lovely Cotswolds villages yet quiet and peaceful to relax after the whole day of sightseeing.

Wat een fijne en schone cottage om in te verblijven! Precies zoals op de foto's. Al is de tuin in het echt nog mooier (vooral met goed weer) De communicatie ging ook heel soepel. Stan en Judy zijn beiden erg vriendelijk. Hebben ze ook in het echt even gesproken, leuk gesprek. We hebben heerlijk genoten van alle gemakken en zelfs lekker buiten kunnen ontbijten - tussen de zoemende bijen en fluitende vogels. De omgeving van de cottage is ook echt prachtig! Het is er heel liefelijk en erg rustig, wat fijn is om te kunnen relaxen en te genieten van een goede nachtrust. Een echte aanrader!

We had a lovely stay. If we could stay longer we would. Everything is available in the cottage for a pleasant stay. Full fridge, good kitchen if you wish to cook a meal, coffeemachine easy to use with enough nespresso cups in the cupboard. Beds are comfy with good quality bedding and sheets. Rachel is a kind loving person who likes to help you when needed. Pubs, small supermarket, restaurants on walking distance. But more towns around like Egham, Virginia Water, Staines, Sunningdale. Walking into Windsor great park and enjoying the view on the long walk towards Windsor Castle. We had a really nice stay and will return when visiting the UK again.

Great place to stay, and very comfy throughout. staying there again next week for work as everything was great so why change it.
