Un emplacement central, à quelques minutes de voiture de Ljubljana. L’endroit est paisible et très bien entretenu. Viktor et Gregor sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. Merci d’avoir contribué à faire de ce séjour une réussite! (Mention spéciale pour le sauna, impeccable!)

Absolutely sensational location right on the water of lake bled. A little hut with everything you need. Smooth check in process and clean. Only minor issue was we found the heating too warm and couldn’t really change the setting. Keep in mind the bed is upstairs and hot air rises! Overall a pleasant experience in an awesome location!

We had the best stay at Data’s apartment. It is both so close to everything in Ljubljana and also at the same time both quiet and private. There is no need to get public transport as you are 5-10mins walk to shops, cafes, local sightseeing and of course - you are right next to the most scenic river. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and the space suited us perfectly. It was so lovely and clean and decorated with a very homely style. Dasa was fantastic with all her communication to us and helped us out with all our questions. We would fully recommend staying here when you stay in Ljubljana.

Wir haben uns wirklich gleich sehr empfangen und wohl gefühlt in Zorans Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig - der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und/oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Zudem gibt es einen Fluss direkt an der Unterkunft der im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Die urige Wohnung ist mit einem Ofen, der finnischen Sauna und dem Whirlpool (den Zoran extra nochmal zur Verfügung gestellt hat - Danke!) ausgestattet. Auch wenn Zoran direkt unter der Wohnung wohnt, hat man genügend Privatsphäre. Er ist jedoch auch sehr hilfsbereit und steht gerne für Tipps oder wenn man etwas benötigt zur Verfügung. Istrija ist ca 15min mit dem Auto entfernt, dort gibt es Supermärkte und viele gute Restaurants. Auch eine alte Miene kann man besuchen. Wirklich ein toller Gastgeber in einer tollen Gegend, ich kann mir vorstellen nochmal zu hierhin zu kommen 🙂

Jak was incredibly responsive and ensured that every detail was taken care of, making our experience seamless from start to finish. Wir waren für eine Woche im Fischerhäuschen. Aufgrund des Unwetters in vielen Teilen Österreichs mussten wir bei unseren geplanten Aktivitäten einige Abstriche machen. Radtouren nach Spittal, zum Faaker See und zum Wörthersee konnten wir direkt vor der Haustür starten. Abends haben wir die ruhige Umgebung genossen. Auch der Weg in die City ist nicht weit. Unser Auto hatte einen perfekten Stellplatz unter dem Carport auf dem Grundstück. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder, dann hoffentlich bei schönerem Wetter.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche an der Seeprominade bei Lisa-Alessa am Magdalenensee und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, unsere beiden Bullys (französischen Bulldoggen) konnten hier in Ruhe schwimmen und haben sich hier wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus jeden Urlauber wärmstens empfehlen, es ist hier ein wahres Ferienparadies direkt an einem wunderschönen See.

One of the best AirB&B apartments we’ve ever stayed in, fabulous location , really well equipped Matjaz had thought of everything! Communication was perfect from the start, he provided us with lots of ideas for things to do locally . Can’t recommend enough we would definitely come back !

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche zu Gast. Das Apartment ist ein echter Traum und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eine äußerst hochwertige und neuwertige Ausstattung, eine traumhafte Dachterrasse, geräumige und hell-freundliche Gestaltung haben uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Innenstadt direkt an der Drau und an der Altstadt gelegen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küchenausstattung ist hochmodern, vollumfänglich und für jede erdenkliche Möglichkeit vorbereitet. Wer einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Villach sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Wir können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

A good place, AC in the bedroom, bed was comfortable, space was comfortable. Would recommend if you're willing to be a drive/bike ride/long walk out of central downtown Ljubljana in exchange for a much less expensive stay. Hosts were very helpful in providing useful info about parking around the place and where things were in the unit.

We are a group of 6, staying at Tania&Bor's Codelli Deluxe Apartment for 2 nights in early May 2025. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen has everything we need. But what we love best is the location of the apartment; many attractions and fun places are within walkable distances. If I have chance to go back to Ljubljana, we definitely will consider staying here again.

Tara was very friendly and helped us pick restaurants and activities to do. Her apartment was spotless and very quiet even though it was very close to the center of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. I’ll just go through the items that matter to people looking for airbnbs: * Beds - the beds are comfortable and I am a picky sleeper, so I was very grateful. * Shower - the shower water pressure is really great and water is hot *noise - it’s a very quiet area even though you are literally basically 3 minutes from the old town and city center. *area - it’s a super central area. The restaurant across the street is amazing and you are 3-5 mins by foot from the city center and the main sights *host responsiveness: unlike some of our other airbnbs in Eastern Europe, Luis was super responsive and always easy to reach and pleasant to deal with *check in: it was easy, we found the apartment easily, and once we got inside the apartment, everything was thought through. *temperature: I was worried it would be cold (it’s December), but the heating works great. Overall, my mom and I just loved our stay here. We would 100% come back.

Wir können das Apartment von Ennio (wir waren im 1. Stock) sehr weiterempfehlen. Es ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, sowie gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (z. Bsp. Küche und Bad). Es liegt ruhig und vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man sogar einen Blick aufs Meer. Wir konnten auch immer direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße parken. Nach Triest fährt man nicht lange aber man kann auch vom Haus weg Wanderungen am Meer entlang machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
