The apartment sits at ground floor of a 1600s building, originally it was a hospital, than a fisherman warehouse. The apartment has two floors: the ground floor with the living room and the first floor wtih the two bedrooms and bathroom. Ideal to people who love live by the see, in the centre of the town and forget about your car and just listen to the sound of the sea.

Casa sulla collina di Pieve Ligure, immersa nel verde in contesto tranquillo e familiare. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode una splendida vista sul Golfo Paradiso. È presente anche uno spazio esterno: il giardino è condiviso ed è utilizzato soprattutto come area di passaggio, ma offre comunque un angolo piacevole per rilassarsi, ad esempio per leggere qualche pagina o bere un caffè. Fisherman's House

The house is located in the city of Genoa, in the Nervi district, a prestigious residential area, directly overlooking an ancient marina, a few minutes from the historic center (15/20min by bus), surrounded by natural beauty, beaches, walks, parks greenery, numerous restaurants, pizzerias, shops. Public transport is very convenient, bus to the historic center 100 meters from the house, the train station a 7 minute walk, tourist boat departing in front of the house.

Casa nostra è situata sulla collina di Pieve Ligure. È immersa nel verde, in un contesto familiare e tranquillo. Si gode di una splendida vista sul golfo Paradiso. La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, pranzare… Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere lungo una scalinata non ripida; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. Il centro di Genova è a circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

La Finestra sul Mare

Adatto a persone con spirito spartano.
