Cheap place and it was super clean!!! Everything was easy and convenient and the location was amazing. It’s maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach and not having to pay for parking was a 10/10. Thankyou so much!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

The condo is beautiful! You have a very short walk to access to the public beach and a short drive to several great restaurants and bars.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott's beachside Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better - steps away from the sand, which made for easy beach days. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Scott was also a fantastic host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made the whole process smooth and easy. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Craig and Emmy were super hosts. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Both were there at check in and available daily. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and was more than expected. Special requests were met with a smile and our hosts did everything to help us out. The space was super clean and updated. The outside areas, shrubs, flowers, patio and driveway areas were very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A pochi metri supermercati e vari negozi. La casa è pulitissima. Spaziosa per 4 persone forse il divano letto è più adatto a ragazzi che a persone adulte. la cucina ha tutto il necessario . David ha risposto sempre velocemente alle nostre domande. Consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio!

I stayed at Dan’s place in Fort Myers Beach from April 20–24, and honestly – it was amazing. The place looks just like the photos (maybe even better), super fresh, stylish, and gives off the perfect laid-back beach vibe. The area is quiet and safe, but you're still just a short walk from the beach – ideal for morning walks or catching the sunset. Dan’s got you covered with all the beach essentials too: chairs, umbrella, cooler – everything you need for a stress-free beach day. What made it even better were Dan’s great local tips – from restaurant recommendations to beach spots and things to explore in the area. Super helpful and definitely appreciated! Dan was an awesome host – super friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole stay smooth and easy. I felt right at home from the start. If I ever find myself back in Fort Myers, I’d definitely want to stay here again. This place is a total gem!

There isn’t much to say about our stay here other than hopefully we can stay here again. We absolutely loved it here. Very clean, nice, spacious, and you can walk to several great bars and restaurants. Also, I sent Veronica a couple messages during our stay and she responded within minutes each time.

We had a great time at Scott’s place. It was a 3 minute ride to the beach and 5 minutes from the east side of the island. This was our first time coming to North Captiva and we felt right at home. Our host gave us very clear instructions and answered all of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful and and great memories. The home was so comfortable and made our stay relaxing and easy.

We enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the pool, the place was as described, and the beach items in the garage were an added bonus. No complaints at all.

Our weekend at Brad‘s place was amazing. He was very flexible with our check-in and helpful whenever we had a question. The house was great and really close to the beach. We were able to walk there and the pool was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this house and highly recommend it.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Great place. Convenient to beach. Quaint and peaceful neighborhood. Would gladly go back.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We could not have been happier with the property, location and amenities. Easy access. Great area to walk. Close to the beach and a short drive to places to eat. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break! The house exceeded all of our expectations — it was beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming feel and was exceptionally clean throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and every little detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The pool and hot tub area were absolutely magnificent — we spent so much time relaxing out there! The outdoor space was private, peaceful, and had plenty of seating to enjoy both sunny afternoons and quiet evenings. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He responded quickly to any questions we had, gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and was very accommodating when we requested an early check-in. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway, and we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Kari’s condo on Ft. Myers beach was all I envisioned and more! My 15 year old granddaughter and I were just looking for some peace and tranquility and we found it here. The condo has so much space, way more than we needed, but we enjoyed the views, the updated interior, the privacy and the beautiful beach. Kari was very accommodating and answered all of my questions immediately. She even had a volleyball delivered to the doorstep so my granddaughter could enjoy some beach volleyball! The unit is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but only a trolley ride away if you choose to visit. The sunsets and the sunshine were fabulous. I will not hesitate to book again…

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

The condo was the perfect beach getaway!!! Easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella & cart were a wonderful perk!! Kitchen is well supplied. The place was a true home away from home - clean, comfortable, everything needed. Can't say enough good things. And Kelly was responsive to all messages and very accommodating to our travels. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Maria was very responsive. I had small issue with shower drainage and Maria quickly resolved the issue. The place was clean and well equipped. Maria even had coffee delivered prior to my arrival and i enjoyed a delicious cup every morning on the balcony. Would recommend the apartment. Thank you Maria.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
