This place is a dream for families! My two girls didn’t want to leave. They had so much fun playing Pac-Man, playing with all the cool toys (magnetic tiles and a dollhouse?!), and enjoying in the hot tub. The location is perfect, five minutes from downtown Groveland and 40 minutes from Yosemite. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s, and this one was definitely one of the cleanest. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

The House is amazing and amenities are perfect. Plenty of seating throughout the property (inside and outside) for large and small gatherings with exceptional design of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The detached game room (with its own bedroom and bathroom) worked well for our multi-family vacation. Seems rare these days but all amenities work! We cooked and dined out and especially appreciated the extra kitchen appliances like the Ninja, pressure cooker, and traditional coffee maker. The hosts are super responsive and proactive. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

We had the pleasure of staying at Christina’s place for three nights, and from the very beginning, we felt right at home. Christina warmly welcomed us and took the time to walk us through all the equipment and features of the house, making us feel completely comfortable. My parents enjoyed it so much that they chose to spend an entire day relaxing at the house rather than exploring outside. It truly felt like the perfect getaway. The home is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and the surrounding gardens attract a variety of beautiful birds. With its charming Victorian vibe and a fully stocked kitchen, the space had everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Awesome house out side of Oakhurst! Plenty of room for our whole group! Plenty of beds! Nice bathrooms! Great little apartment style 1 bedroom on one end. Lots of parking! We had 4 different vehicles and a horse trailer. Wi-Fi not great at all but kept the kids off their phones. A crockpot would be nice for cold days. Very well maintained inside and out. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Great value for what you pay. Stop thinking about it, just book it!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The cabin had a beautiful log cabin feel—rustic charm with all the modern comforts. It was incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxing and spreading out. One of our favorite moments was sitting in the hot tub at night, surrounded by the peaceful woods and staring up at a sky full of stars. Truly a magical experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay — everything was just as described and truly perfect for our Yosemite trip. The house was spacious enough for our big group, with all the necessary amenities while still maintaining that “off-the-grid” feel you’d want from a place so remote, yet conveniently close to the park. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. She even took the kids on a tour of her farm, which they absolutely loved — a really special touch that made the experience even more memorable. The only challenge was that the house has just two showers: one in the master bedroom on the third floor and one in the main living area, which meant we had to split unevenly (10 downstairs, 4 upstairs). Water pressure wasn’t ideal either. That said, this was clearly stated in the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise — just something to plan around. Overall, it was a great vacation home with lots of character, and a perfect base for exploring Yosemite. Would absolutely recommend it!

Christina’s place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. The location is very private and extremely beautiful. Everything - especially the yard/property is well-appointed/gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We had such an amazing time here, you can really tell the owners put a lot of care into making this place a home away from home. Had everything we needed and more. Coming from a three day backpacking trip in Yosemite this was a much needed break. Breakfast and relaxing on the deck in the sun by the water listening to the birds, we were even surprised by 5 or 6 deer in the front yard the last morning, it was awesome. The house was very nice, had enough space for myself and eight friends, ample towels and bedding, all the cookware and supplies you could ask for, AC and heaters, they even had three boats we used to go fishing for a few hours in the morning. The lake was awesome, the ONLY negative here is the $50 entrance fee to the Pine Mountain Lake neighborhood. They do have amenities in PML that help make that worth it and the pass is for 7 days, but we didn’t have time to go check those out, oh well. Altogether this place was unforgettable and my friends and I can’t wait to come back!

Olena's Chalet was the perfect vacation spot for us! It was very inviting and clean. Also, the PML community is beautiful for walking and enjoying the local deer and turkeys 😀. Great place with great hosts!

We used Tim and Anita's as our home base for our days of hiking in Yosemite National Park - about 1-1.25 hour drive each way. We woke every morning to the wild turkey 🦃 gobbling - we called him Tommy. We also saw hummingbirds and deer from the deck. On the last night we used the telescope to view the moon and stars - great bonus to our adventure! We dined out or got takeaway each night at local restaurants and one Mexican food truck - delicious! Renté la cabaña luego de visitar Yosemite Park y fue la mejor decisión. Tiene una vista hermosa del valle y tiene muchos detalles de madera, el jacuzzi le da un plus muy grande sobre todo cuando vienes de un día de Trekking. Muy recomendado!

Silvia’s home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the perfect gathering place to prepare for my daughter’s wedding at Copper River Country Club! I highly recommend this beautiful home!

The house and hosts were amazing. The house is even better than the pictures show. The back yard is stunning and such a lovely place to relax after packed days visiting family. It was also so peaceful and quiet. Living in Fresno for years I was delighted at how serene it was.l for the visit. Inside the house was great. All the supplies you’d need, comfy beds, really thoughtful bathroom supplies, and even pool towels all laid out for our use. Could not have had a better house, easier in and out, and more delightful stay.

Thorn is an amazing host who communicates well and responds very quickly. He was very flexible with us and his property is very well maintained. Loved everything about my stay!

The rock theme of the house was really cool. The landscaping of the house and the views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a great view of the lake from the shower, very aesthetic. Clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. I love the huge DVD collection, lots of classics. And of course, the lake was so pretty and we had a blast kayaking. Overall beautiful location and we had a great stay!

She said YES! I had my proposal here and it was perfect. Sandy was super responsive and helpful with everything and her property was beautiful. My fiancé wanted it to be beautiful but private and that's exactly what it was. The house was great too, very clean, very cozy. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Art’s Haus was perfect for my wife and me. Roomy enough for two people to sleep, cook, dine, bathe, and relax. The kitchen had all utensils, glasses, dishes, bowls, etc. In addition to an oven, gas cook top, coffee machines, microwave, Art supplied an Instant Pot. The appliances are high tech and work perfectly. Art is very environmentally conscious, as evidenced by the paper products and soaps he provides. There are plenty of spices, cooking oil, some food, but shop in advance! There are camp chairs to use and insect repellent. The house is immaculately clean! We met Art (he lives in a separate house below) and he was very accommodating. The house is so quiet, you can’t hear Art when he is in his house.) The house is at the end of the road, so you are not bothered by traffic. It is inside the park boundaries, 20 minutes from Bridalveil Falls away from all the tourists and commotion on the Valley Floor. Great house for 2 people!

Very nice place felt right at home everything clean and nice close by minute marts restaurants and supermarket all can be walked to.

Anne was very responsive and very friendly, ensuring that my stay was the best possible. Everything was clean. The place was private and quiet. Only 1 small bathroom but it’s clean. Would stay there again.
