Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. La camera da letto, con travi a vista e' molto suggestiva, ha un balcone che permette una vista spettacolare sulla pianura da un lato e le colline dall'altra. Nel soggiorno e' rimasto il camino a legna dell'epoca e nella attigua legnaia si trovano i legni da ardere.
