Fantastic location in Sandbanks. Close to the beach, harbour and ferry. Great apartment, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 5. Really enjoyable base for a few days holiday.

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great, central area to stay. Understandably can be noisy outside due to being in town centre but it was still peaceful area to live in. Lee was very responsive, had clear instructions and provided nice tea/snacks. Thank you!

Lovely flat with stunning sea view if there are no big cars parking. Tara was an absolute great host and decorated her flat with contemporary and worthy furniture. All rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. We highly appreaciated that even accessories like kitchen equiment or toilet paper have been provided. Even if the flat is close to the beach and the town centre of Boscombe, it is really quite and private. Parking at the street was easily possible. Thank you for all the kind messages and useful information. We will definitely come back :)

Stephen and Annette have a lovely home, we enjoyed our stay there over the Easter long weekend. The vibes were really cosy and they were generous with providing some snacks and breakfast items. Stephen even came over to help us figure out heating settings and was really friendly! The area was lovely and peaceful, with a big supermarket about 10-15 min walk away and a cosy cafe for breakfast just down the road. We were also able to get to Bournemouth town centre very easily with a 10-min drive and explored some great stretches of coast quite easily! We really loved our stay and would love to visit again :)

From the communication, to the quality of the accommodation & amenities to the welcoming touches with Prosecco & snacks, your thoughtfulness just made our holiday perfect!! The decor was bright, modern & beautiful; the house and furniture was spotless and the house had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. We were 9 people and a dog and there was ample room for everyone. We couldn’t be happier. The only issue is that since this was our first Airbnb adventure, we’ve now got our bar set too high 😊 Thanks once again for allowing us a fabulous few days in Bournemouth in your beautiful house.

Had a wonderful few days at this super house overlooking the sea. Spotless, well equipped and a cosy home from home. An excellent layout with the sitting room on the top floor with a superb sea view. Perfect location for the beach and other attractions. Helen has been a very friendly and helpful host. We loved our stay and we will be back. Thank you so much Helen and your family too.

Amy's beach house was beautiful. Perfect for a family with children as it has lots of space and a lovely garden. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay again.

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

The house was exactly what we needed, and was in an ideal location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The only things I would suggest is that the host provides hand wash in the bathrooms (this is something I’ve experienced in all other airbnb experiences), and the host needs to replace the dining table and dining chairs as these are worn out, and not fit for use. Overall, the house was exactly what we as a group of nine (with two children) needed, and the bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

60 steps from pavement to flat, but so worth it. lovely flat, just like the pictures. stairs a bit narrow. comfy bed, netflix, and lovely plants

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Our stay at The Coast House was fabulous. The house was immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a lovely secluded courtyard garden. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment flooded with beautiful light and the most stunning views of the sea. So peaceful and quiet, well laid out and equipped with cool, funky decor. Perfect location really close to sandy Boscombe beach and ideal for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Dorset landmarks. Great for a family of four with the layout of the rooms.
