Jeff's home is absolutely beautiful!! The deck overlooking the canal with high end outdoor furniture is the place to be. Time & attention was taken in creating this retreat. As a designer I was impressed! What's even better is how easy it is to work with Jeff! He is very kind, accommodating, and communicative. We had special needs (specifically for the elevator) and when he learned there was a problem with it prior to our arrival that day, he already had a repairman on the way and resolved it very quickly. It is obvious that Jeff cares about his guests!

Great place, had everything you needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Gorgeous views of the Guadalupe.

We’ve stayed at many locations from ABB. This place had unmatched hospitality, toiletries, and conveniences. We have a house in the same neighborhood but when it was full needed a place to go. The fishing was awesome right of the back canal. The fenced dog run made the stay very accommodating to our French Bulldogs. 10/10 review from us. We will definitely be back. The owners are very relaxed and just made it easy to enjoy. Best holiday ever!!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view and updated house plenty of room to spread out! 3 bathrooms a bonus. Lots of steps down to the water and lots of rules and things to do to check out but overall a wonderful place to stay!

Such a peaceful special place on the edge of beautiful Lake Whitney. Our family of 6 stayed here for a long weekend meeting some other family who was staying nearby. Perfect place to get together and enjoy breakfast before a day on the lake and then in the evening to unwind/relax. Coffee on the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit was serene and relaxing listened to the birds sing their morning songs as well as the lake glistening in the distance. The neighbors dog hung out with us and what a friendly well fed old gentleman he was. Our kids loved him and couldn’t wait to see him every morning and evening. Can’t wait to return again and make more memories enjoying such a peaceful relaxing lake side home. Thank you.

Kendhall was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. From being flexible with my changing plans to a quick response to get us a pin to the Roku tv, everything was amazing. Property was right on the water and made for an awesome weekend. Thank you Kendhall and team!

Great location. Lake was visible from the backyard and it was calming after a long day at work.

Had a great time would definitely recommend staying at the hen house cute space with all the amenities you would need or want, pond is serene and the area is comfortable.

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

The Lazy River cabin was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I. Pros: It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, kayaking was fun, fire pit was great, everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect- secluded, but still very close to Waco and all it has to offer. Cons: No smart TV and the dish didn’t work, the ladder to get upstairs would be difficult for older people and impossible for someone with physical limitations.

It was so nice of them to let us stay in their home. I felt like I was at home when I first got in there we were able to heal a little bit and breathe. We needed this time. Also thank you for the delicious muffins.

Tina is a very friendly host, the place is quiet with beautiful surroundings, a great experience and unforgettable memories with the family, just 10 minutes from the supermarket and downtown, we will definitely be back soon! 🥰

Had an amazing time at this cabin with my girlfriend for the weekend. It had a great atmosphere as well as great views sitting right next to beautiful water.

The Cottage was exactly what our family was looking for. It was peaceful, private, with a stunning lake front view. My boys loved the complimentary kayaks and wake boards. There was also a nice 3 mile trail nearby that we enjoyed. We are already planning another stay hopefully this summer.

I'm so glad me and my family chose this place, it met our expectations. My family and I spent an amazing weekend here. There's a ton of fun activities to do. This was a great place to rest and relax. We’ve traveled a lot for baseball tournaments and have never had the hospitality like we received from Pam. After a late night of baseball we woke up to a pan of freshly baked cinnamon roll casserole which was delicious! The cabin is the most charming place, it’s very spacious and comfortable. Pam had decorated it in a baseball theme including cookies with our team name and colors, a popcorn maker, a beautiful table setup and so much more. No detail was overlooked! The cabin is incredibly clean and beds were fantastic. The bathroom was pristine with all the extras we needed that we accidentally left at home- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc… The cabin is directly on the lake and the canoes were a huge hit with our boys, the fishing was great as well! Between the space itself and the hosts this was by far the best air bnb we’ve ever stayed at and we will be back again! We can’t say thank you enough, Pam, you made this trip so memorable and such a great time for our family!

This is such a beautiful place. The shared dock is such a wonderful treat to have - we were able to catch some white bass right when we arrived! The bed is SO comfortable! The perfect mini vacay if you are in the city. The bridge does have some noise since it’s close, but nothing compared to the city. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so be prepared to rise with the sun - I loved this but my husband did not lol so keep that in mind when booking. 🤩 This was such a Wonderful place and Kathleen is great!!! If you are looking for that home away from home kind of feeling, this place has it. Thanks so much!

Merridee's place was perfect for what me and my gfs needed for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. The only complaints I have was weak water pressure for kitchen sink and the refrigerator water dispenser did not work. These were minor and I hope to come back one day! Thank you, Merridee!
