Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

Converted rustic barn adjacent to main house. Access over gravel driveway. Private building with shared garden. Light and airy with French windows and roof lights. Exposed original beams. 2 rooms plus ensuite shower/loo. Please specify super kingsize OR twin beds when booking. Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. Swallow barn is a writer’s paradise!

Chestnut Lodge
Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Old Laundry is surrounded by paddocks and historic parkland at edge of a village with two pubs, a shop and café. Pad barefoot across earthen tiles with underfloor heating. Modern insulation and a chic wood-burning Morso stove add to the cosy interior of this renovated cottage with doors overlooking the terrace and old farm buildings beyond. The Old Stables
One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Old Post Office Stable
Old Post Office Stable sits in the heart of a conservation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Thorpe Abbotts is home to the 100th Bomber Group Museum. They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Part of our barn conversion, this comfortable two bedroom home and garden is located in a peaceful and very rural setting, ideal for rest, relaxation and a great starting point for walks. Close to Attleborough and Wymondham for supplies, and only 20 minutes drive from the ancient city of Norwich, we're ideally placed for visitors to Snetterton as well as those attending concerts in Thetford Forest. Norfolk is known for its big skies and you won't be disappointed; a star-gazer's paradise!

Mill Common Farm nestled in open countryside a short drive to Snetterton Circuit. An ideal base to explore Norfolk, access via a farm track with ample parking, just 20 miles from Norwich and The Broads, 40 minutes to the coast. A newly converted barn sleeping up to 4 (flexible bedroom twin or king plus dbl sofa in lounge ) , complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & outdoor seating area. There are blackout blinds & a comfy seating area. Outside, enjoy the animals.

Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

It has been beautifully designed using mainly reclaimed and salvage materials resulting in a truly stunning and unique place to stay!
