We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower, UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofas, PS there is NO KITCHEN only a mini fridge Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking, (in the summer with table and chairs) IMPORTANT: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep and uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

The accommodation is peacefully located at the rear of the main property and over looking beautiful gardens alongside a seated gazebo which guest’s are welcome to share. We are located in the Victorian residential area of Sheringham, its a prime position only 250 meters from the sea front with its blue flag beach and on the edge of the town centre which hosts an array of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.

The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. The Garden Room is a separate annexe in the grounds of our listed thatched cottage in Great Chishill. There is parking, private garden and hot tub. The accommodation comprises a large bedroom/sitting room with a Super King size bed, dining table, and a large bathroom. The kitchen area has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small bench top hot plate and pan but NO cooker. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is an Electric Vehicle charging point
