Each bell tent has a double bed with all bedding, cushions, blankets, log burner, garden with BBQ, firepit & seating. There's a shared kitchenette with honesty box for firewood&basics, plus hot showers&loos. The campsite directly adjoins 350 acres of wood and heathland, that’s home to an array of wildlife, which can be enjoyed whilst soaking up the splendid views or on one of the many walking and cycling routes. Visitors to Top Farm are extended a warm welcome and you’ll soon feel at home in this tranquil and secluded location, it feels far from the madding crowd but the lovely market Town of Aylsham is just 3 miles.

No hot tub available for Valentina. 'Breakfast included' is a basket of goodies including bread, milk, butter, pastries, crackers, jams, chocolate treats, toothbrushes, shaving kit, and shower gels.
