Decor is Utah Nature theme. Condo has all the comforts of home including: 60” Samsung SMART TV (no cable but has apps) WI-FI Hair dryer Coffee maker, coffee, cream and sugar. Refrigerator, shower, microwave, 2 burner stove top, air fryer toaster oven, and of course~~ a star machine!

Classy, Comfy, Quiet, Private, FUN!!!

We are close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and the city center. Its a good place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are only 2 miles from SUU, across the street from the gym, .5 mile from the Aquatic Center and only a block from shopping, the movie theater, freeway access, etc. We also have a small back yard. Our place is not perfect which is why our rate is lower. If you're looking for perfect, this is not for you.

This is a new home, I live on the main level. You will have the lower level to yourself which has a private entrance. This is an open area concept which includes a kitchen and living area with TV and high speed broadband internet. There is 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. I also have 2 single beds if needed. There is a washer & dryer and a bathroom with a shower/tub. I welcome all guests regardless of race or religion. Children and pets are welcome.
