This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

Beautiful, newly built cottage located in the scenic town of Brigus, NL. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry on the main floor and a beautiful open-concept style living space and kitchen on the upper level. The upper level is fited with a full bath as well as a beautiful back deck overlooking the town. The upstairs living space feature walls of large windows creating a bright space, as well as a cozy corner fireplace.
