The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

We are thrilled to launch our wonderful barn conversion, The Coach House, set in the beautiful grounds of Welbeck House in Brooke. It offers a quiet & luxurious country retreat yet just 8 miles from the City of Norwich. It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

Private guest suite with own separate entrance - so much more than just a bedroom! Pearle Cottage is a 'chocolate box' grade II listed 16th century thatched cottage and The Annexe was added in 2007. Beautifully set in an acre of gardens and orchard and surrounded by countryside, with a network of footpaths from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Norwich, the coast or the Norfolk Broads. Neighbouring villages have farm shops, cafes, garden centres, pubs, supermarkets and various take aways.

This barn conversion offers the perfect escape for those seeking a taste of rural life. It boasts an open plan kitchen/living room area, large bathroom and an outdoor decking area where you can take in the scenic surroundings. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.

Marsh Cottage is a rustic and secluded little house overlooking the RSPB marshes bordering the River Yare and is in the perfect location for those wanting to relax and unwind whatever the season. This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
