Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. -Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Inspired by the subtle palette and refined geometry of the American artist Frank Stella—who often spent time on Long Island—The Stella enjoys close proximity to many beaches and wetlands.

This apartment is our guest room with outside private entrance and off street parking. Apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Queen bed and a twin pullout couch bed is provided. The place is appropriate for a short stay as an affordable alternative to hotel stay.
