Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

This rental has a Priv. full bath and priv. livingroom withTV, refrigerator, and microwave. Our home is very close walking distance to train and restaurants. Just a short drive or bike ride to beaches, theater, hiking, kayaking, golf course, breweries, and wineries. Smart WiFi TV only.

Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)
