Lofts als Ferienunterkünfte in Bruxelles

Hôte disponible facilement en cas de besoin, même à distance. Logement confortable (sauf peut-être le canapé-lit un peu fatigué) et nickel. A 2 min à pieds d’un arrêt de tram qui emmène au centre-ville en 15 min. Zone résidentielle très calme. C’est idéal. Petit extérieur agréable. Thierry donne de bons conseils pour découvrir Bruxelles et y manger. Chouette quoi!

hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants. logement en étage dans propriété privée. stationnement dans la cour ou dans la rue facilement et gratuitement. logement parfaitement équipé. lit très confortable. salle de bain et douche spacieuse. emplacement idéal pour rejoindre Bruxelles en tram, bus ou P+R. tout était parfait !

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Brüssel ist mit Auto oder Zug gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunkt liegt sehr ruhig, der Zug stört nicht, selbst wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig; die Nachbarn hat man nachts reden hören. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küchenutensilien waren teilweise schlecht gereinigt - z.B. die Pfannen. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, völlig ausreichend. Der Fernseher ist etwas ungeschickt platziert und die Lautstärke reicht beim Kochen nicht aus. Nur 3 deutsche Sender: ADR, ZDF und RTL. Der Platz der Unterkunft ist für eine Person völlig ausreichend, geht auch für 2 Personen. Vielen Dank an Thibaut und Aurelie für den freundlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang und für die Hilfe. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il était beau, bien équipé et très confortable. Même si nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour profiter pleinement de l'espace en raison de nos activités, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre nuit. Je tiens à remercier Sylvain pour sa compréhension, car j'ai eu un léger retard pour libérer l'appartement en raison du trafic. J'ai bien pris soin de l'informer et j'ai laissé les clés dans la boîte aux lettres comme convenu. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir à l'avenir. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

J’ai passé 15 jours dans le logement, très bien équipé et très bien situé, le cadre est superbe, quelle vue ! Le seul bémol est l’absence de volets, malgré les rideaux (je suis française et j’ai l’habitude de dormir dans le noir complet) ☺️ un grand merci à Martin et ses parents !

Le loft de Christine est absolument charmant et très original ! J'ai adoré mon séjour. Beaucoup d espace, beaucoup de cachet. On s y sent comme à la maison. L immense verrière avec vue sur les raisins est surprenante et ultra agréable quand, comme moi, vous adorez la verdure. Le jardin est impeccable. La communication avec Christine a été tres fluide, simple et sympathique. Christine et son mari sont très attentionnés (le jus de pomme maison était délicieux !!!). Un merveilleux séjour !

We really loved staying here. We were a party of 3, and we luckily ran into one of the co-hosts when we arrived. He promptly explained (in French) where everything is and opened the door for us. The language wasn't an issue because I speak a bit of French and used a translation app for everything else I needed to know on the spot. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything smelled fresh and clean, it was a really nice space. The hosts live upstairs, so this is something you should take into consideration if you decide to stay here. We didn't mind, as they did not disrupt us in any way (it was actually helpful that they were there!). The area is quiet, but it's quite far from the city centre. We chose this place specifically as it was close to the Forest Arena, and we wanted to attend a concert there. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really nice and were fast to answer any requests we had.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle ajoutant à son charme, une vue panoramique à 360 degrés, permettant de profiter pleinement de la beauté environnante sous tous les angles. Une expérience vraiment unique et mémorable ! L'appartement est spacieux, agréable et parfaitement rangé, avec un niveau de propreté impeccable. De plus, l'hôte a été très accueillant et réactif à nos besoins. Le parking était également un atout précieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour inoubliable !

El piso de Hernán está ubicado en Ixelles, una zona de Bruxelles muy elegante y tranquila. Muy cerca están zonas de ocio muy cool y la parada del tram está en frente del piso para llegar fácilmente al casco histórico de Bruxelles. Muy cerca hay gimnasio y supermercado. El piso es muy acogedor y luminoso y tiene de todo para estar como en casa. Estuvimos dos semanas por trabajo con nuestros dos perritos y si tendremos que volver a Bruxelles repetiremos seguro.

Das Loft war riesig und etwas ganz Besonderes und die Lage war wirklich top! Man konnte zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen, zu Restaurants und zu allen wichtigen Plätzen in der Umgebung. Die offene Bauweise des Lofts muss man mögen, aber für uns (wir waren zu sechst) war das überhaupt kein Problem. Im Gegenteil – die große Küche, die Bar, der Billardtisch und das Klavier machen das Loft perfekt für open-minded-Gruppen. Wir waren in Brüssel wegen: Horst Festival, Sightseeing, Shopping, Clubs. Die obere Dusche war leider nicht benutzbar, aber es gab eine zweite im unteren Stock. Uns wurde versprochen, dass sie für die nächsten Gäste repariert wird. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben alle Fragen beantwortet und bei notwendiger Hilfe sofort reagiert.

Primeira vez em Brussels e nos sentimos realmente em casa no espaço do Dimitri. bairro calmo, com vários supermercados próximos e muito bom para caminhar. O espaço estava muito limpo e tinha tudo que vc precisa, além da cama muito confortável, foi a melhor que dormi num Airbnb. Dimitri é uma ótimo anfitrião, respondia rapidamente, deixou guardar as malas porque chegamos mais cedo e conseguiu um ventilador porque fez muito calor nos dias que ficamos lá. Tudo isso fez a diferença para nós enquanto ficamos lá, então com certeza darei 5 estrelas em todos aspectos. Muito obrigada!

In 1 woord: fantastisch! Wat hebben we 5 heerlijke dagen gehad. We hadden nog wel veel langer willen blijven. Loft, zwembad, ontbijt, tuin, bbq; alles was perfect. En Peter en hond Chopin maakte het plaatje compleet. Dank voor het warme welkom en je gastvrijheid. Je hebt zelfs een zwemvijver voor onze hond gecreëerd 😉 We hopen jou en Chopin zeker nog eens te treffen. Alle goeds gewenst en hopelijk tot ziens!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Agnieszka. Everything was exactly as described – the apartment and the terrace are truly a little gem! Agnieszka is extremely accommodating, customer-oriented, and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and would be happy to come back anytime. We can warmly recommend this place to everyone!
