There is also plenty to offer in the neighborhood, from cafés and indie bars to the best kebabs in town. Double bed available by default but two single beds can be organised on request. There is space for a foldable cot. Kitchenette, shower, and a separate private toilet. Some local goodies are already here for you! Bienvenue au Kot!

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Het appartement beschikt over een ingerichte keuken met een inductie, oven, vaatwasser, koffiemachine, toaster en microwave. Er is een tv, en ook is er wifi en bekabeld high speed internet. Verder beschikt de badkamer ook over een haardroger. In de woonkamer staat een bank waarvan nog een extra bed voor 1 persoon kan worden gemaakt.
