The outdoor kitchen gives you the opportunity to grill on the Bull 38' in propane gas grill. This home is fully equipped to make your family stay stress-free. Note: We love animals, but we do not have the space that they deserve; there will be a $350 fine for any pets brought in. As of April 2024, pool temperature will be set to 80 degrees all year round.

We do welcome non-shedding dogs for a fee. This home is directly managed. Please note: work crews must be pre-approved.

We are 20-35 minutes from the ocean and even less from the beautiful river and connecting canals. Kayak the gorgeous canals and right iut to the Caloosahatchee river! See manatees, dolphins, gators and a plethora of birds and other wildlife! Please do not tresspass on neighboring properties.
