No chores just enjoy this peaceful pasture, soak in the hot tub and feel a million miles away while only being 4 Miles to trail heads in Bent Creek, 2 miles to the Bent Creek river park and access (you can borrow my Kayaks or tubes) and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge parkway and Arboretum. 10 Miles to downtown Asheville. great location for hikes and mountain biking. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.
