The Folly is a detached 19th Century Cotswolds cottage. The cottage has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with TV, Wifi and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling, king size bed with Simba mattress and ensuite shower room. Stained glass windows add to the unique style of the Folly. Warm in the winter with underfloor heating and the thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer - a comfortable home from home. There is a 7kW domestic car charger.

Easy access to varied local walks, commons, pubs, the Stroudwater Canal & Stroud, with it's award winning Farmers' Market. It has been lovingly & extensively renovated. All the rooms have amazing views & the kitchen leads onto a terraced garden, with an area to play boules. Dogs welcome, by arrangement please. Access by meet & greet or key safe. Many beautiful dog walks right from the doorstep. Stroud is a market town. Below the western escarpment of the Cotswold Hills, at the meeting point of the Five Valleys, the town is noted for its steep streets. Stroud Farmers Market is a multi-award winning market that runs every Saturday between 9am and 2pm. It specialises in local produce

The Old Wash House is a cosy one-bedroom cottage in Nailsworth. Located a 10-minute walk from the town centre, it has lovely valley views and is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. There are many walking opportunities locally and Nailsworth offers several fantastic restaurants. The cottage includes a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen, a comfortable living area with smart TV, and a cosy double bedroom. It also benefits from a private patio and free off-street parking for one car.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.
