Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own beautifully-appointed basement suite! The entrance is not regularly used by our family and you can come and go as you wish. The suite includes modern lighting, a bathroom with a jet tub, a kitchenette and breakfast bar, and covered parking. There’s also an outdoor seating area reserved for your sole use - perfect for relaxing and for letting your dog out for a bathroom break (no cats allowed, sorry). This beautiful apartment is a must stay! Centrally located in South Burlington making it easily accessible to UVM, Shelburne Rd., I-89, and Downtown Burlington. Large windows in the space provide a lot of natural light exposure. It is the perfect setting to enjoy your relaxing vacation or business trip.

Our property is located on a quiet street in Burlington's Old North End. Recently renovated the guest suite sits above our home and is equipped with a private entrance. Windows face west providing a good deal of natural light. The partial kitchen is located in a small room off of the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and an electric kettle. Private bathroom. Wifi is provided.
