This was our first time visiting Grand Manan, and after our stay at Alex's place, it certainly won't be our last!! right from booking, Alex was very responsive, with local recommendations, to even calling to see about Kayaking for us. Our stay was during the off season in Grand Manan and the weather for 2 of the 3 days was less then ideal, but we still managed to get around and visit some local spots. This airbnb is located maybe 5/10 mins from the Ferry, making it very convenient, close to a convenient store as well as their local Independent grocery store. There are a few games provided as well as binoculars !( witch came in handy when we seen whales in the bay out back !! ), The hot tub was immaculate and was a great way to keep the serenity after a peaceful day of exploring. We will most definitely be back, especially once the hustle and bustle of touriat season comes around ! if your looking for a place to stay, we definitely recommend Alex's place ! Thanks again Alex !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

We stayed in the Magpie and it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. It was a rainy weekend but we made good use of the BBQ and hot tub under the covered porch! Very clean and comfiest bed ever! We also visited the coffee shop and took in the view at the beach. This place is a treasure for sure!

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

We had such an amazing stay. The place felt very cozy and unique. The couch was super comfortable as well as the mattresses in the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster oven, kettle) and sparkling clean. Lots of towels provided for the hot tub and shower. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed every minute of it. (Instructions were clear and easy to follow). Thank you for the beautiful stay!

What a beautiful location , rich in history. The grounds are amazing with lots to do including walking trails. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of where we were staying and where all the amenities were located. The breakfast was very good and the location is central to many attractions. Loved we could visit with our two dogs . I would certainly stay here again.

Picturesque view with lobster boats, the pier and the ocean. Quiet mornings watching the sunrise and lobster boats going out was relaxing. Having Chippman’s Wharf down the road was an added bonus for fresh fish. Nice location!

Beautiful cottage! The views of the bay are breathtaking from the wrap around deck and from inside as well. My husband and I had a great weekend getaway and enjoyed cooking on deck, sipping coffee in the mornings and playing pool in the evenings. Great for couples and families. Highly recommend :)

We loved our stay here! The views of the water are amazing. It was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge from our travels. We spent a rainy day at the house and took a walk down to the water exploring the low tide and finding little treasures from the sea. What a cool experience right outside the home! We went to Acadia and Bar Harbor during our stay here, which was about an hour drive. Beautiful drive! Great place to stay that made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Kurt’s place is always an awesome stay. The wood burning stove makes it really comfy. The views are amazing, truly. Remote, private, peaceful.

We just spent 5 nights at this absolutely gorgeous cottage, and it far exceeded our expectations on EVERY level! We were absolutely blown away by the spotless cottage, beautiful high quality furnishings and bedding, and the most EPIC views we have EVER seen! We were mesmerized the entire time. From the stunning sunsets at the many seating areas, to the gorgeous private beach, there truly are no words to accurately convey how incredible this space is. We had deer visit us many times a day, and had so much fun watching the tide come in and out, looking for sea glass and watching the amazing salmon farms. This is our first trip to the East Coast and know this stay will be the highlight of our whole trip. Jennifer was so kind and accommodating, and we are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this stunning cottage. I can't recommend more highly! Thank you SO much Jennifer. If we are ever in New Brunswick again we will absolutely be back! Wishing you all the very best. ❤️

Thank you Bill and Teresa for a great stay! For a rustic little cabin, this was spotless. Very clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, clean fridge, etc. I'd suggest getting groceries in Calais or Eastport if planning to utilize the kitchen amenities as the area does not have a grocery store. The bed was super comfortable, the mattress being so comfy. Felt like memory foam. We had a great sleep after attending the Piratefest in Eastport. Cabin#7 is up on a hill and the breeze was nice and cool, and did I say QUIET? Most peaceful. Lots of fun fishing the pond for pickerel, using the complementary rowboat on the pond, and canoe for the river. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a rustic cabin experience. Once again, the place was very clean.

gosh, could not glow more about just how gorgeous this stay was. Bajas cottage was everything and more than described. the property the land sits on is like its own peaceful site to see. we played on the grounds and walked to the water every day. chipman’s wharf had the most delicious lobster and very nice people. so happy we had our first whole lobster from them! a great recommendation. also the host pup pearl was absolutely adorable. we loved seeing her every day and our dog did tooo. a vacation for the whole family. such a peaceful place to honeymoon with such kind hosts. definitely would stay again.

We loved our stay at the cottage! We are native Mainers and the Steuben/Milbridge area is one of our go-to locations for relaxation. The cottage was private, peaceful, and the views were amazing! Being right on the water was a nice perk and we spent some time on the rocks when the tide was out. The cottage has wonderfully comfortable furniture and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on! It is also one of the cleanest cottages we have stayed in as well. It felt very much like home! Teresa was in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was great to know she was there to answer any questions we may have had. We will definitely stay again!!!

What a perfect, adorable and sparkling clean place to stay! Minute walk to the beach. Great location for the 4 of us to explore Annapolis valley towns and a great whale watching trip! We would definitely stay at Wonda’s place again.

As a former teacher, I give Joseph A+ in communication. He answered every question I had, respon\ded very quickly and provided clear directions. The cottege was very clean when I arrived, and the location is absolutely beautiful. If you are an active person, there is so much to do in the Lubec area, and the FDR Bridge to beautiful Campobello Island is just a few miles away, making for an easy and most enjoyable day trip.

The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The water was perfect for swimming and relaxing on the dock. I highly recommend bringing a canoe or kayak as the bay is calm and lots to explore. Ella Mae was a fantastic host and very responsive. Highly recommend and we look forward to going back.

I absolutely loved this cottage. It was cozy and inviting. Great location. The host Lydia was attentive and always ready and available to answer questions. I am planning to return soon.
