A small cosy flat with a large bedroom with two wide beds and a single one. Dinining-sitting room, well equipped kitchen and shower room. The terrace is used only by the flat guests, it overlooks a canal. A quiet amd secure place with welcoming neighbours. At walking distance from the station and easy to reach from the airport. A big supermarket around the corner and lots of small restaurants and cafè nearby. The Rialto market is easy to get to. The flat is centrally located and so it is easy enough to get to a lot of art sites as well boat stops both for the North and South Lagoon trips.

Santa Marina Apartment

Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Venezia, solo 8 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e 5 minuti da Rialto. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma poco ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.
