The quaint town of Canton is ~20 mins to Asheville and ~35 mins to Cataloochee Ski Resort and an abundance of hikes/waterfalls within an hour. This pine sided 12'x20' cabin sits on 5 manicured acres surrounded by a creek. Enjoy all the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer. This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Enjoy all the best hikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway just 4 miles away and then head 25 minutes into Asheville for all its amazing food, music, and beer. We provide the luxury of electricity, heat and air conditioning, with a little taste of being off grid with an outhouse and an outdoor solar shower bag.

Cross over into host's property and access a hiking trail, visit the farm animals, and see what's in the garden. Note: The house is located on the street, which makes for easy access and a short walk to the land.

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.
