Trovare un alloggio come questo a dieci minuti dal centro di Lucca per il comics and games è stato impagabile! L’appartamento è molto bello e finemente arredato e l’host super disponibile e gentile. Pulito, vicino al centro, parcheggio sotto casa… meglio di così! 😁

Eine tolle, preiswerte und wunderschöne Wohnung in Livorno. Es hat alles super geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert. Würde sofort wieder buchen :)

Tommaso’s place made us feel like locals in Florence! We unexpectedly arrived earlier than communicated and he rushed over to help us get settled. He was so kind to show us around the apartment and sit down to walk us through his local recommendations. We felt so welcomed and prepared for. The apartment had so much character and the art was so tasteful! We felt safe in the area and everything was so close and walkable. The only thing I would mention is the loft area is short so if you are around 6 foot, it may be a little uncomfortable. But the bed was very comfortable and we even got a bottle of wine as a welcome!! Highly recommended this place to any couple wanting an immersive Florence experience like a local!

We had a great few nights here. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building - beautiful high ceilings and spacious rooms. It is well cared for and has lots of quirky furniture. The bed was very comfortable. It is out of the main centre, but not too far. Easily walkable to all the sights. Some nice local restaurants and a small super market nearby. There is a TV, but we could only get the news channel to work, which did not matter to us very much as we were out most of the time. The kitchen is small but functioning.

A fantastic apartment. We absolutely loved it - the area was like a little village within a city. The terrace is as good as it looks on the pictures: views of San Martino, flowers, herbs and tiled rooftops all around. The mezzanine lounge was ideal for the kids to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. And Marta was super-helpful at check-in! Brilliant place.

This was a great place, close to everything we wanted to do in Florence. It was beautiful with the big windows that open and very quiet location.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Was well equipped - the kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils to cook a full meal. Dishwasher was a welcome extra. Speciality food and small grocery shops easily within walking distance. Wifi was fast and reliable. Small area to sit out on, overlooking the internal space of the surrounding apartments. Ideal to dry your laundry on if you had used the washing machine - airer provided. Perfectly placed in Lucca within the walls but in a quiet area - everything was easily walkable including the train station. We were met by Renzo, Carlo's father, who showed us how everything worked. Carlo responded promptly to any queries we had and was very understanding when I broke a wine glass. This feels much more like a beautiful home and not your typical Airbnb apartment. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Carlo and Renzo and once again many apologies for breaking the wine glass.

We loved this place! It was so private and peaceful with a great view. It got lots of sunlight during the afternoon and had everything we needed. The bed was a little hard but not too bad. Host is so friendly and communicative! There’s not a lot nearby but the bus stop is just a 5 minute walk

The location is EVERYTHING! The apartment is very nice, just as the pictures. Emanuel was very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend staying here!

What an absolute gem of a find, great location near the train station, local cafes and restaurants are at walking distance. Place had a blend of traditional and Modern touches, with every you need. Madaline was a super host and brought me coffee when she came to top up the coffee pods. Such a nice touch. Highly recommended and defo will stay again.

Es war sehr schön in der grosszügig eingerichteten Wohnung. Es hatte fast alles was es braucht. Vielleicht könnte es für zukünftige Gäste noch 2 gute Küchenmesser und Espressotassen haben. Das ist aber Klagen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Toppadresse - nur zu empfehlen!

Séjour parfait avec la vue des levées de soleil au dessus des collines chaque matin Loft bien climatisé malgré des températures supérieures à 35 degrés Accès en 15 mn de voiture aux plages de Viareggio et 30 mn de celles de forte dei marmi. Pour les amateurs d’opéra , à 15 mn de Torre del Lago Puccini ( programme estival splendide) 30 minutes de Lucques ( magnifique), de Pise, de carrare Idéal pour la région de Versiglia

Paolo e Christine sono stati gentilissimi e più che disponibili dal primo momento. Tutto promosso a pieni voti. Abbiamo passato due giorni in totale relax immersi nella natura. L'appartamento è accogliente e molto, molto confortevole, non abbiamo avuto necessità di nulla. Il centro del paese si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni ci sono diversi percorsi per fare escursioni. Noi siamo arrivati con mezzi pubblici e ci è stato gentilmente offerto un passaggio per raggiungere il percorso verso il monte Verruca (imperdibile). In conclusione, consigliatissimo! Ringraziamo di cuore.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage – der Pool ist außergewöhnlich schön, so einen haben wir noch nie gesehen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ottimo esperienza, Sara sempre stata gentile e pronta a rispondere, L’alloggio veramente stupendo. Lo consiglio
