MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Welcome to our beautiful cabin located on hwy 4 only 13 min from Sydney River, 5min from the ski hill and benion marina, 1 min from the country market where you can get anything needed including a ice cream sore in summer and small liquor store. If you’re joining us in the summer we are only 1.5min from east bay sand bar an amazing beach and 3min from the walking trails:) complete with fire pit and large back deck.

Point Edward Guesthouse

Our cozy guest house is located along the Point Edward Highway, but don't let the name of our street discourage you from staying. It is a lovely, quiet, rural setting, along the shores of Sydney Harbour. Very centrally located between the city of Sydney and surrounding towns. There is a private beach across the street or try Mira Gut provincial park beach approximately 1 km down the road. There is a children’s play structure onsite. The cottage has been newly renovated and is very modern and tastefully decorated - a true oasis!
