Die Lage ist perfekt um die ganze Toskana zu besichtigen und die Gaeste koennen z.B Florenz(35 Min)Siena ,Pisa und Lucca (50 Min) und die Straende der Toskana mit dem Auto erreichen. Es ist von Olivenbaumen umgeben. Dieses Haus ist die perfekte Loesung fuer eine Familie mit Kindern oder fuer Freunden.

The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
