La casa è immersa in un terreno incantevole, uno dei punti più belli dell'isola, dietro alla spiaggia di Lucaise a cui si accede a piedi con sentiero privato. E' dotata di tutti i comfort ed in perfetto stato. Si vive soprattutto all'esterno dove si trovano le terrazze su più livelli con tavolo e barbecue in pietra e doccia esterna. Sotto vi sono 2 camere principali e un bagno. Ogni stanza ha accesso indipendente al terrazzo. Sopra si trovano la sala/cucina, un bagno e un soppalco con 2 letti.

Unser Ferienhaus eignet sich ideal für Paare, hat einen privaten Zugang zum Meer, nur 10 Meter vom Haus entfernt und ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Carloforte entfernt. Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen Galerie mit einem Doppelbett. Im gleichen Raum im Erdgeschoss befinden sich das Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa (eventuell für Kinder), eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Außenterrasse ist ideal, um ruhige Abende zu genießen.
