In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. La cucina è attrezzata e vi é un cortile esterno. Siamo vicini alle spiagge di Torre Santa Sabina e Torre Guaceto e a città come Ostuni, Monopoli e Polignano a Mare.
