It's situated in one of the most typical areas of the city, with markets and restaurants. It's very close to the Biennale gardens, where there is also playground. It's distant two minutes from the vaporetto stop and 15 minutes by walk from Piazza San Marco. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: it's perfect if you want to live as a really Venetian. It is also close to Arsenale and San Zaccaria boat piers) where all the major boat lines depart to all the most important destinations: Airport, Train Station, Murano, Burano, Lido.
